I was flipping through the channels on DIRECTV the other day, and stopped on E!. They had one of those best body makeover specials where they showed celebrities who had transformed their bodies. They started talking about how the summer time was just around the corner and it hit me that summer was only three months away! Yikes! I have never been the type of person that feels comfortable in a bathing suit. Any and every bathing suit has always hit me the wrong way or cut me off in the wrong places. I really can’t remember a time that I felt comfortable in a bathing suit around other people ( that weren’t my family). This year, I am hoping to change that. I have been going to the gym and lifting weights. Even if I can’t get a celebrity body, I am going to exercise and build muscle. At least I will feel better about myself on the beach.
